Before you reserve a course place.

Use this page to check the practical booking rules before choosing a date or paying a deposit.

Course Booking Policy

Course places are reserved through the current course dates and booking flow. Students should check the course title, intake dates, training location and payment option before paying.

Deposit Policy

The Gel Beginner course currently uses an online deposit route on active intakes. The deposit is part of the course total, not an extra charge.

Balance Payment

Remaining balance details should be confirmed on the course price page and before the first training day. Students should message Patricia before booking if they are unsure about full payment, deposit or split balance options.

Course Date Changes

Students should contact Patricia Nails Academy as early as possible if they cannot attend the booked date. One date change to another available intake is included per booking. Repeated date changes are not possible.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

The deposit is non-refundable and is not returned on cancellation. If you cannot attend, you can move your booking once to another available intake (see Course Date Changes). Contact Patricia as early as possible to arrange it.

Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for checking course dates, arriving on time, following health and safety instructions, and asking questions before booking if they are unsure which course fits their level.

Course Materials / Kit

Course materials, kit or product details vary by course route. Students should check the relevant course page and message Patricia if they need confirmation before booking.

Certificate / Completion

Certificate and completion requirements depend on the course type and student participation. Message Patricia before booking if you need the exact certificate details for your course.

Online Course Terms

Online courses are hosted externally on Podia. Students should check Podia product access, checkout and course terms before buying online training.
