What does each gift cover?
The €600 Beginner gift covers the full three-day course, starter kit and ABT certificate. The €49.90 online gift includes the entire Full Nail Course Bundle: all four courses plus the free E-file course, with 150 days of access. These full gifts require no price difference to redeem the named course or bundle. A Beginner contribution is credit towards the course; the remaining balance is paid when booking.
How do Beginner contributions work?
Give €100, €200, €300 or a custom amount from €50 to €600. At today’s €600 course price, a €100 contribution leaves €500 to pay. The recipient’s actual remaining balance is based on the course price when they book, and contributions can be combined. A gift of exactly €600 is treated as the full Beginner course, with no price difference to pay for that gifted course.
Who chooses the Beginner course dates?
Your recipient does. No date or seat is booked when you purchase the gift. When they are ready, they contact the academy to choose from available dates. Course dates and places are subject to availability.
When does the online access begin?
The recipient contacts Patricia Nails Academy when they want to redeem their gift. We arrange access to the Full Nail Course Bundle in their own name and email. Their 150 days of access begin at redemption, not when you buy the voucher. The gift purchase does not create an online learning account or enrol the buyer.
Will it stay a surprise?
Yes. The voucher is sent to the buyer’s email after payment. We do not ask for the recipient’s email here, so you can choose when to print it, share it, or give it to them.
How long is the gift valid?
The voucher is valid for five years from the purchase date. Its exact expiry date appears on the issued voucher. For the online bundle, this is the time allowed to redeem the gift; the separate 150-day learning period begins at redemption.
What if they would prefer another course?
They can choose to use the original voucher value as credit towards another academy course. If that alternative costs more, they can pay the difference. Any unused credit is kept until the original expiry date, and multiple vouchers can be combined through the academy.
Can I correct the recipient’s name?
Of course. The name and message make the gift personal; they do not lock it to one person. Contact the academy for a name correction at no charge.

Gift voucher terms

These terms apply to gift vouchers bought from Patricia Nails Academy. A gift purchase does not reserve a course date or enrol either the buyer or the recipient.
Choose a full course or a contribution
Full Beginner Gel Nail Course, €600. An unused full gift covers the complete three-day Beginner Gel Nail Course in Dublin, including the starter kit, even if the course price later increases. The ABT certificate is subject to the course completion requirements.
Beginner course contribution. Choose €100, €200, €300 or a custom amount from €50 to €600. Amounts below €600 are money credit towards the course. The recipient pays any remaining balance at the course price when booking. A single €600 purchase, including a custom €600 amount, is the full Beginner course gift. Combining smaller contributions combines their monetary value; it does not create the full-course price guarantee.
Full Nail Course Bundle, €49.90. An unused full gift covers the entire named online bundle. Its 150 days of access begin when we activate access for the recipient, not when the gift is bought. The price of a full gift is not topped up because the named course later becomes more expensive.
Delivery and redemption
After confirmed payment, we send the voucher and its private print link to the buyer's checkout email. The buyer can print it, save it as a PDF or share it with the recipient. No physical voucher is posted. Keep the voucher code and private link secure.
The recipient contacts us with the voucher code when ready. For the Beginner course, we arrange a place on an available course date. Dates and places are subject to availability and a place is reserved only when confirmed. We provide the applicable booking conditions before the recipient confirms a dated booking. For the online bundle, we arrange access using the recipient's own name and email.
A recipient may instead choose to put the original amount paid towards a different academy course. We agree that choice before redemption. Any price difference is payable by the recipient, and any unused monetary balance is kept for later use. Valid vouchers can be combined. We confirm the remaining balance after partial use. Choosing monetary credit instead of the named full course ends that full-course entitlement once credit is used.
Validity and personalisation
Vouchers are valid for five years from purchase, through the end of the expiry date shown on the voucher, using Irish local time. Unused balances retain the original expiry date. The separate 150-day online access period begins on recipient activation.
Optional names and messages personalise the gift. They do not prevent the gift being given to someone else. Contact us to correct or change a name free of charge.
Cancellation and refunds
For an unused voucher bought online, the buyer can cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the voucher. Tell us before that period ends by email, through our contact form or by post. Please include your name and order number so we can find the purchase. You do not have to use a special form.
We refund the amount paid within 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed, without a cancellation fee. The refunded voucher is cancelled. Adding a name or message, opening the email or printing the voucher does not remove this cancellation option.
If you ask us to start training or activate online access during a cancellation period, we explain any effect on cancellation rights and obtain any consent required by law before starting. If a voucher has already been used, contact us: any statutory cancellation or refund rights still apply. We do not deduct for early supply unless the law permits it and any required advance consent was obtained.
The nonrefundable deposit provision in our course booking policy does not apply to an unredeemed gift voucher. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
If we cannot provide the course
If we permanently withdraw a named course while its unused full gift remains valid, you may accept an agreed suitable alternative at no extra cost or choose a refund of the original amount paid. You do not have to accept replacement credit. If we withdraw the course intended for a contribution, you may use the remaining credit for another academy course or choose a refund of that remaining credit. Any further rights where a service is not supplied as agreed remain unaffected.
Personal information and contact
We use purchase details, optional names and messages, and redemption records to provide and support the gift. Names and messages appear on the voucher the buyer shares. We do not request the recipient's email at purchase. When the recipient redeems, we collect the details needed for their booking or online learning account; online access is provided through Podia.
